As a boy, I was drawn to film for the behind-the-scenes goings on…the process, the technology, the day-to-day of making movies. “What a life!,” I thought. “Cool” was the operative word.
As I grew, explored acting and live theatre, stories and characters became primary. I fell for fine acting and fascinating journeys…the inevitable surprises and twists along the way. My word became “art.”
Nowadays my interest…the goal and objective of my work, has to do with human collaboration and…the soul. I want to do good work with good people. Ambitious work, together. And I want my team to be vigilant…for the supernatural.
I want to touch the hand of God.
(Incidentally, a particularly compelling interest throughout this entire evolution has been the business, the commerce of film. Which in recent years has become a more acute interest in “audience.” How to connect with them…how and what to share with them.)
